Play Point Balance Cannot Be Used When Purchased on Play Store

- After joining, you will earn points for purchases on Google Play made from your registered Google Account.
- The content that can be purchased and the points that can be earned depends on your country.
- You will not earn or use points for purchases made prior to Joining Google Play Points .
How to Join Google Play Points
On your mobile device:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Play Points.
- Tap Join.
How to Use points in the Google Play Store
Tip: If an item is grayed out, you might not have enough points to get that item. Check how many points you have.
- Open the Google Play Store app
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Play Points

- Select an item, coupon, Play credit, or donate to a cause.
- Tap Use points.
When you use points to get in-app or in-game items or to support a good cause, you won’t be able to get it refunded.

How to Use points for Google Play Balance
Any Google Play Balance you receive by redeeming points will expire after one year. Learn what you can buy with Google Play Balance .
You can use your Play Points balance for eligible purchases.
- At checkout, tap Redeem points .
- Select the number of points to use, then tap Apply .
- The number of points selected and the appropriate discount is applied to the purchase.
- To complete a purchase, tap Buy .
Tip : Eligible Play Points Coupons will appear automatically.
